Eshbaugh's Called as Church Planters in Philadelphia, PA

The Church Planting Ministry Team prays for Adam and Rachel as they are called to plant a church in the Philadelphia area. The Church Planting Ministry Team is proud to announce the official call of Adam and Rachel Eshbaugh as church planters to the Philadelphia area as of June, 2004. They successfully completed the Assessment Center in Chicago with full recommendation and have attended the First Steps Conference held recently in Wisconsin.

The couple is currently living in Chicago, IL, where Adam will graduate with an M.A. in Church History from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School while Rachel works for Pier 1 Imports.

Adam & Rachel Eshbaugh - New church planters to King of Prussia, PA.The Eshbaughs are returning to home grounds and family, having grown up in the Philadelphia area. Adam attended Philadelphia Biblical University, acquiring a B.S. in Bible in 2001 with an emphasis on Youth Ministries. His demonstrated skills are visionary leadership, teaching/preaching, creative worship planning, cohesive Bible understanding, counseling and mentoring.

The Eshbaughs felt called back to Philadelphia to plant a church that will reach out to meet the needs of members of the postmodern world with the holistic, life changing story of Jesus Christ. While they will be living in King of Prussia, they see their ministry reaching far across the Philadelphia community at large, not only with their initial church plant, but through the daughtering of many new churches over the course of time.

Their passion for spreading the gospel to those who might never darken the doors of a more traditional church was evident as they spoke of their desire to plant this church. It is evident that God has His hand on this young couple as they speak of His work in their own lives. The ministry team expects and long and fruitful partnership with this couple.

The Eshbaughs are also expecting their first child in July and look forward to the opportunities to minister to other parents of young children as well.
